「『稱佛名故，於念念中除八十億劫生死之罪。』」念念即約佛聲。二、勝相現前。

"‘Because he calls upon the Buddha's name, in thought after thought he eliminates the sins of birth and death spanning eight billion kalpas.’" "Thought after thought" is here explained in terms of the vocal utterances of the Buddha['s name]. Second, superior signs appear before him.
