"‘Having seen this, the practitioner leaps with joy and sees their own body mounted on the vajra pedestal, following behind the Buddha, and in the space of a finger-snap, they are reborn in that land.’" Having attained rebirth by eliciting this sagely realm, they are inevitably filled with joy. The form remains while the consciousness departs, just like a cicada molting. Passing through a hundred thousand koṭis of lands in a single instant, by that Buddha's awe-inspiring spiritual power and the sentient being's karmic power, changing forms and exchanging retributions is as easy as turning over one's hand. Fourth, the benefits after rebirth has five [parts]: first, seeing the Buddha and bodhisattvas; second, hearing the Dharma and attaining awakening; third, travelling through the ten directions; fourth, receiving prophecy and returning to the land; and fifth, realizing the gate of dhāraṇī. First, seeing the Buddha and bodhisattvas.
