第七次明鳥韻法音，即眷屬圓淨，謂淨土中如來化作天龍八部異類眷屬，示莊嚴徒眾眷屬也。

Seventh, next, is explaining the birds' melodic voices of Dharma, which is the perfect purity of retinue; that is, in the pure land, the Tathāgata transforms and manifests different types of retinues among the eight classes of devas and nāgas, showing the adornment of disciples and retinues.
