經曰：「眾生聞者應當發願願生彼國」，次釋第四勸往生也。汝等未來現在眾生，若聞我上說者，應當發願願生彼國。

The sūtra states: “Sentient beings who hear this should make the aspiration, wishing to be born in that land.” Next, this explains the fourth [point], urging rebirth [there]. Sentient beings of you future and present generations, if you hear what I have said above, you should make the aspiration, wishing to be born in that land.
