經曰：「我見是利，故說此言。若有眾生聞是說者，應當發願生彼國土」，次釋第五結勸敦勵也。謂我了了見有如是勝利，故勸汝往生也。
The sūtra says: “I see this benefit, and therefore speak these words. If there are sentient beings who hear this discourse, they should make the vow to be born in that land”—next, this explains the fifth [point], concluding with an exhortation to encourage and urge [them]. It means that I clearly see such supreme benefit, and therefore urge you to be reborn.
