答：「此約他受用土說。他受用有二：一為登地已上現者，令登地已上人受用；二為地前人現者，令願樂已前人受用，即化淨土。彼經據諸大菩薩生彼者約受用土說，非是西方一向是初地已上淨土，由有凡夫二乘亦得生故，有化土及受用土。」

Answer: "This is stated in reference to the land of enjoyment for others. Enjoyment for others is twofold: first, what is manifested for those who have entered the bhūmis and above, so that those on the bhūmis and above can enjoy it; second, what is manifested for those prior to the bhūmis, so that those prior to aspiration and delight can enjoy it, which is the transformation pure land. That sūtra speaks in reference to the enjoyment land based on the great bodhisattvas born there; it is not that the Western Direction is exclusively a pure land for the first bhūmi and above. Because ordinary beings and the two vehicles can also be born there, there are both the transformation land and the enjoyment land."
