第三次問：「彼是不退轉地，眾生生者皆不退轉，云何但以念佛發願而不斷惑即得往生？」
The third section asks: "That is a stage of non-retrogression, and sentient beings born there are all non-retrogressing; how is it that merely through reciting the Buddha's name and making vows, without severing afflictions, one can attain rebirth?"
