贊曰：第三勸生彼國。現在未來一切眾生聞我向來說者，應當發願願生彼國。
The commentary states: The third [section] is the exhortation to be born in that land. All sentient beings of the present and the future who hear what I have explained above ought to make vows, vowing to be born in that land.
