贊曰：第三西方，同前五段，此二文也。無量壽者，即西方本尊，依二義得名，如前已解。

Commentary: Third, the western direction, identical to the five sections above; these are two passages. 'Amitāyus' is the principal honoured one of the western direction, named according to two meanings, as explained previously.
