贊曰：第四眾生往生。不顛倒者，不移正念也，即得往彼國也，蓮華化生顏貌端正如諸菩薩，心無顛倒意想正修，便別穢方頓生淨土，故云即得往生。

The commentary states: The fourth [section is] sentient beings being reborn. 'Not inverted' means that right mindfulness does not waver; they immediately attain rebirth in that land, being miraculously born from a lotus with an upright and handsome appearance like the bodhisattvas; with minds non-inverted and thoughts in right cultivation, they immediately depart the defiled realm and are suddenly born into the Pure Land; hence it says 'they immediately attain rebirth.'
