The Praise states: The sixth [section] concerns the Buddhas of the zenith. The five passages are the same as before; these are the first two passages. As for 'Brahmā Sound': the quality of the voice is exquisite, delighting the minds of those who hear it. As for 'King of Constellations Buddha': constellations are stars, and the moon is the king among the stars; the Buddha is the king of tenth-ground bodhisattvas, those of the two vehicles, and ordinary people, because He has attained sovereignty. As for 'Supreme Fragrance Buddha': the sweet scent of His moral virtue has none superior to it. As for 'Fragrant Light Buddha': the sweet scent reaches far, and its brilliance illuminates the gates of teaching. As for 'Great Blazing Shoulders Buddha': His shoulders emit flames. As for 'Body Adorned with Variegated Jewel Flowers Buddha': the flowers of His mind open with brilliance, adorning Himself; or alternatively, variegated jewels adorn His body, and embellishing His form enhances His precious value. As for 'Sāla Tree King Buddha': just as a great tree king can provide shelter and shade, the Buddha can provide shelter and shade to all sentient beings. As for 'Jewel Flower Virtue Buddha': the merit of His body and wisdom is precious and venerable like a jewel. As for 'Seeing All Meanings Buddha': 'meaning' (義) means the cognitive object (境); because the Buddha is endowed with the five eyes, He sees all cognitive objects. As for 'Like Sumeru Mountain Buddha': His merit and wisdom are like a mountain, grand, majestic, and lofty.
