第二文言七重欄楯羅網行樹者，是莊嚴地功德成就。如論頌言「雜華異光色，寶欄遍圍繞」故。

The second passage mentions the seven tiers of railings, netting, and rows of trees: this is the perfection of the merit of adorning the earth, as the verse of the treatise says: "Various flowers with diverse radiant colours, / Surrounded all around by precious railings."
