From “From here” downward is the phrasing of the general address. The first sentence clarifies the distance in quantity; the next two sentences clarify the names of the circumstantial and primary fruitions: the earlier sentence designates the realm and marks its name, and the later sentence brings forth the Buddha and reveals his title; distinguishing him from the past and future, it therefore says “at present preaching the Dharma.”
