Those who have already aspired have already been born; those who currently aspire are currently born; those who will aspire will be born. This clearly shows that when aspiration is generated relying on faith, the aspiration is never made in vain and will certainly achieve its fruition. Without faith one cannot generate aspiration; even with faith, without generating aspiration one cannot be born either. Therefore, he earnestly exhorts generating aspiration once again. Aspiration is the guarantee of faith and the pivot of practice, being of paramount importance; when aspiration is brought up, faith and practice are contained within it.
