弟子沈純社，願以此刊施功德，上薦先考恰所府君諱自郇，先妣孺人潘氏，先室孺人陳氏，亡妾彭氏，亡女祺官，同生淨土，永不退轉，并祈保孫男孚尹、念溫，曾孫式棠、肇嘉、端賜等，歸依三寶，世修福慧。伏惟我佛慈悲護念。

Disciple Shen Chunshe vows to dedicate the merit of this publishing gift to the deceased: his late father Lord Qiasuo, taboo name Zixun; his late mother Lady Pan; his late wife Lady Chen; his deceased concubine née Peng; and his deceased daughter Qiguan, that they may together be reborn in the Pure Land and never retrogress; and further prays to protect his grandsons Fuyin and Nianwen, and his great-grandsons Shitang, Zhaojia, Duanci, and others, that they may take refuge in the Three Jewels and cultivate blessing and wisdom life after life. Prostrating, I pray our Buddha in compassion protects and is mindful of them.
