案法瑤曰：此明應感無方，示現自在，大之極也。明駿案：猶是答經力問。此舉果地得益也，下以船師等三問廣之。

Fayao states: This explains that responding to beings' receptivity knows no fixed manner and manifests with sovereign freedom, which is greatness in the ultimate sense. Mingjun notes: This still answers the question on the power of the sūtra. Here the attainment of benefit in the state of fruition is brought forward; below it is expanded upon by means of the three questions concerning the ferryman and so forth.
