10.61

案僧亮曰：無事不為，而常無為。僧宗曰：分身散體，故無寂靜也；常果恬然，故言亦寂靜也。

Sengliang states: There is nothing it does not do, yet it is eternally unconditioned (asaṃskṛta). Sengzong states: Because it divides forms and disperses embodiments, it has no quiescence; because the eternal fruit is tranquil, it is said to be 'also quiescent'.
