11.65

案僧宗曰：三處說墮，前二是受罪之處、後一說其必墮也。僧宗曰：此中三重明墮，初通輕重、次偏明重、後就因明墮也。

Sengzong states: 'Falling' is spoken of in three places: the first two are places where retribution for offenses is undergone; the latter speaks of the inevitability of falling. Sengzong [also] states: Here 'falling' is clarified threefold: first, generally regarding the minor and grave; next, specifically clarifying the grave; and finally, clarifying 'falling' in terms of causes.
