案智秀曰：明以無大機，致感小教。豈是祕悋䨱藏而不說耶？

Zhixiu states: "This clarifies that because of the lack of capacity for the great, it brought about the response of the small teaching. How could it be that he begrudged and concealed it, not preaching it?"
