案智秀曰：聞慧，中品也。前供養熙連河沙，得下品聞慧，唯能不生誹謗；今云愛樂是典也。
Zhixiu comments: The wisdom of hearing, middle grade. Previously, by making offerings to the sands of the Hiraṇyavatī River, one attained the lower grade of the wisdom of hearing and was only able not to give rise to slander; now it says that one loves and delights in this classic.
