案僧宗曰：第三，說二人無犯，而犯為犯也。智秀曰：第九，謂實不犯，而言犯也。
Sengzong comments: The third [purport], saying that two persons commit no transgression, yet what is a transgression is considered a transgression. Zhixiu says: The ninth, asserting that where there is actually no transgression, one says there is a transgression.
