案僧宗曰：第七，用若九十五種道，皆聽出家，亦為亂律也。智秀曰：此第十一，謂佛聽畜不如法物及聽出家，亦為魔說也。

Sengzong notes: Seventh, taking it as though all ninety-five kinds of heretical paths were permitted to go forth [into homelessness] is also meant to disrupt the Vinaya. Zhixiu says: This eleventh [section] states that the Buddha's permitting the keeping of improper articles and permitting going forth is also Māra's preaching.
