案道生曰：伏結仰信名之為見，未是得也。僧亮曰：聞說佛性，發生微解，善業義也。智秀曰：應感不差，說必會機，喻之歡喜也。

Daosheng comments: Subduing the fetters and having respectful faith is called 'seeing'; it is not yet attaining. Sengliang comments: Hearing the teaching of the buddhadhātu gives rise to subtle understanding, which is the meaning of wholesome karma. Zhixiu comments: When response to capacity does not err, the teaching necessarily meets the aptitude; this is analogized by her rejoicing.
