案法瑤曰：受教之徒，聞見佛性，方生信解身中乃有此之勝理，生奇特想也。僧宗曰：解生意表，如驚也。貴重所悟，奇特想也。

Fayao comments: Those who receive the teaching, upon hearing and seeing the buddhadhātu, only then generate faith and understanding that there is indeed such a sublime principle within their bodies, producing the thought of something extraordinary. Sengzong comments: Understanding arises beyond expectation, like astonishment. Valuing what has been realized is the thought of something extraordinary.
