案僧亮曰：苦有二種，謂行苦、壞苦。前云無常變異，是行苦也。今言捨是苦身，謂壞苦也。并列二倒也。
Sengliang says: "Suffering is of two kinds: the suffering of conditioning and the suffering of destruction. The earlier mention of impermanence and alteration was the suffering of conditioning. Now saying 'discarding this body of suffering' refers to the suffering of destruction. Both inversions are listed together."
