19.106

案僧宗曰：外道九十五種，多以殺為事。今使依十二部經，移其心操也。寶亮曰：若金剛心後，體無非法，則無俟於此依也。

Sengzong states: Among the ninety-five kinds of non-Buddhists, most take killing as their practice. Now they are made to rely on the twelve divisions of the canon to transform their mental conduct. Baoliang states: If after the vajra-like mind the essence contains nothing that is not Dharma, there is no longer need for this reliance.
