案道生曰：經教雖以悟物，要當從之者悟也，是以於悟者為甘露、乖之者為毒藥也。
Daosheng states: Although the sūtra teachings awaken beings, it requires those who follow them to be awakened; therefore, to the awakened they are ambrosia, and to those who deviate from them they are poison.
