20.106

案道生曰：似而非也。一往所見非實之謂也。僧亮曰：羊角邪曲而以為正；麻米邪我，凡夫持此以起慢也。

Daosheng notes: "It resembles it, but is not it. It refers to what was seen at first glance not being real." Sengliang notes: "A ram's horn is crooked and deviant, yet taken to be straight; [like an ātman as large as] a hemp seed or grain of rice, it is a deviant self, and ordinary persons grasp this to give rise to conceit."
