22.15

案僧亮曰：第六事，佛之功德略如彼也。僧宗曰：第五事也。法瑤曰：既示行善、制戒止惡，今明樂法眾生從教無厭也。

Sengliang states: The sixth point: the Buddha's merits are briefly like that. Sengzong states: It is the fifth point. Fayao states: Having manifested practicing goodness and establishing precepts to halt evil, it now clarifies that beings who delight in the Dharma follow the teaching without satiety.
