案僧亮曰：合第四加也。曇纖曰：止取抄前著後為一加，抄後著前為二加，前著中後為三加，中後著前為四加。

Tanxian says: Taking the beginning and placing it at the end is taken as the first addition; taking the end and placing it at the beginning is the second addition; placing the beginning into the middle and end is the third addition; placing the middle and end into the beginning is the fourth addition.
