案僧亮曰：以此答云何知法性受於法樂也。時會知佛常住，是知法性受安樂也。謂現在化道已訖，應現滅也。

Sengliang comments: This answers: 'How does one know the dharmatā and experience the bliss of the Dharma?' The gathering at this time knew that the Buddha is permanent; this is knowing the dharmatā and experiencing peace and bliss. It means that his present path of conversion has already concluded, and he should manifest perishing.
