25.16

案僧亮曰：舉二因緣，一生重悔、二勤護法。具此二善，不障解脫，名不破戒。

Sengliang states: He raises two causes and conditions: first, giving rise to profound repentance; second, diligently protecting the Dharma. Possessing these two goods, vimokṣa is not obstructed, and they are called non-breakers of precepts.
