25.26

案僧亮曰：是佛弟子，未得清信，亦事尼楗，為說唯施尼楗有福，餘則無福。疑以問佛，佛因事答之耳。

Sengliang states: He is a disciple of the Buddha who had not yet obtained pure faith and also served Nirgranthas, who taught that only giving to Nirgranthas brings merit and that other [giving] brings no merit. Harboring doubt, he questioned the Buddha, and the Buddha simply answered him in accordance with the circumstances.
