案僧宗曰：前偈請云大悲今何在，是以經家以佛起故，故云大悲薰心也。智秀曰：此第二翻，放三種神力以利益也。
Sengzong notes: The previous verse requested, 'Where is great compassion now?'; therefore, because the Buddha arose, the compiler of the sūtra says, 'his mind suffused with great compassion.' Zhixiu says: This is the second round, emitting three kinds of supernormal powers to bring benefit.
