案僧亮曰：海譬生死。浮囊譬戒。羅剎譬煩惱。經文自合也。僧宗曰：第一科。

Sengliang states: The ocean is a metaphor for saṃsāra. The floatation bladder is a metaphor for the precepts. The rākṣasa is a metaphor for defilements. The sūtra text naturally joins the metaphor. Sengzong states: This is the first category.
