37.22

案僧亮曰：第四事，說萬行即慈。除苦為慈，三乘皆是滅苦，要得實者則滅苦也。思惟是慈，盡苦名乘也。

Sengliang comments: The fourth point explains that the myriad practices are themselves benevolence. Eradicating suffering is benevolence; all three vehicles eradicate suffering, and one must attain what is real to eradicate suffering. Contemplation is benevolence; exhausting suffering is called the vehicle.
