4.37

案僧宗曰：如來納受所施則法身得生，如雨之潤也。智秀曰：施心為種子也。應有下種之譬，蓋文略耳。

Sengzong says: When the Tathāgata accepts what is given, the dharmakāya can then arise, just as rain provides moisture. Zhixiu says: The mind of giving is the seed. There ought to be an analogy of sowing seeds; the text is simply concise here.
