43.16

案僧宗曰：第五明佛普覆，不限一人也。寶亮曰：第七，明佛平等無有彼此也。智秀曰：第五，佛心不偏，所以能除王罪也。

Sengzong says: The fifth [section] clarifies that the Buddha covers all universally, not limited to a single person. Baoliang says: The seventh [section] clarifies that the Buddha is impartial, having neither this nor that. Zhixiu says: The fifth [section shows that] the Buddha's mind is without bias, which is why he can eliminate the king's offenses.
