44.26

案僧亮曰：重顯前第二門也。僧宗曰：第八證上第四王但知殺，而身不自殺，則無罪也。寶亮曰：釋上第二，因緣中無罪性也。

Sengliang comments: This reiterates and reveals the previous second approach. Sengzong says: The eighth proves the above fourth [point that] the king only knew of the killing, but his body did not kill in person, so there is no sin. Baoliang says: This explains the above second [point], that within causes and conditions there is no nature of sin.
