案僧亮曰：既已別答，更追釋涅槃因是了因非作因，故常也。寶亮曰：更舉第二問重釋也。向云非莊嚴所成，今云從了因而現，不從生因生也。

Sengliang notes: Having already answered them separately, he further returns to explain that the cause of nirvāṇa is a revealing cause and not a productive cause, and is therefore permanent. Baoliang says: He raises the second question again to explain it further. Previously, he said it was not accomplished by adornment; now he says it is manifested from a revealing cause and not generated from a productive cause.
