案僧亮曰：修經見空，會通二諦，得成六度，此是檀。此是波羅蜜者，見第一義則見世諦也。寶亮曰：德王因此解釋，更作兩問：一謂云何六度名波羅蜜，而有不得名者；二問云何涅槃？云何大涅槃也？

Sengliang notes: Practicing the sūtras and seeing emptiness, one integrates the two truths and can accomplish the six perfections; this is dāna. As for 'this is pāramitā': seeing the ultimate truth means seeing conventional truth. Baoliang says: Following this explanation, the Noble Virtue King asks two further questions: first, why the six perfections are called pāramitā, while some do not receive that name; second, what is nirvāṇa, and what is mahānirvāṇa?
