46.32

案僧亮曰：三住見諦結盡，四住欲界思惟結盡。於欲界生，雖生不生，以生自在故也。僧宗曰：願力故生，非向生生者。寶亮曰：四住斷見諦煩惱盡，故生是現生，非實業生也。

Sengliang notes: In the third abode, the fetters of seeing the truths are exhausted; in the fourth abode, the fetters of contemplation in the desire realm are exhausted. Regarding birth in the desire realm, although born, they are not born, because of sovereignty over birth. Sengzong notes: They are born through the power of vows, not like the aforementioned 'born being born.' Baoliang notes: In the fourth abode, having completely severed the afflictions of seeing the truths, their birth is a manifested birth, not a birth from actual karma.
