46.42

案道生曰：雖得生有漏，而無常在。生不在有漏，故有漏常也。僧亮曰：第二句也。寶亮曰：若不為三相所相，則有漏之法理應是常也。

Daosheng notes: Although it can produce the defiled, impermanence remains in birth and not in the defiled; therefore the defiled is permanent. Sengliang notes: This is the second proposition. Baoliang notes: If it is not marked by the three marks, then by principle defiled dharmas should be permanent.
