案僧亮曰：前非天一句，四種天明如來並非也。從非人以下，先列竟，後次第釋也。

Sengliang comments: The earlier clause 'not a deva' refers to the four kinds of devas, clarifying that the Tathāgata is none of them. From 'not a human' onward, [the categories] are first fully enumerated and subsequently explained in sequence.
