47.34

案僧亮曰：下次明根漏。依六根所起，名曰根漏。若能攝六根靜三業，制不為非，其惡則止。若就所對治，名曰戒漏也。

Sengliang comments: Next, the outflow of the faculties is clarified. What arises in dependence on the six sense faculties is called the outflow of the faculties. If one can restrain the six faculties, tranquilize the three karmas, and curb wrongdoing, then evil will cease. In terms of what is counteracted, it is called the outflow of precepts.
