案寶亮曰：第三釋，明于時亦不得說涅槃實相是一體，唯得說無餘空作常相，實不變易無差別也。

Baoliang comments: The third explanation clarifies that at that time He also could not say that nirvāṇa and the real mark are of one substance; He could only speak of the emptiness of without remainder as having permanent marks, being real, unchanging, and without difference.
