案寶亮曰：二句但涅槃也。除不動地者，初不動地有共貪生而不共貪滅者，故除之也。

Baoliang states: These two propositions pertain only to nirvāṇa. 'Excluding the immoveable stage': because at the initial immoveable stage there is that which arises together with greed but does not cease together with greed, it is therefore excluded.
