52.8

案僧亮曰：欲滅五陰，先除五見也。寶亮曰：第二聚也。見是推求之性，耶執之重位，因於此五能廣生六十二見。菩薩知此是生死之本，所以防而不起也。

Sengliang states: If one wishes to extinguish the five aggregates, one must first eliminate the five views. Baoliang states: This is the second group. Views are by nature inquisitiveness; they are the heavy states of heterodox grasping, and based on these five, the sixty-two views are extensively generated. The bodhisattva knows that these are the root of saṃsāra, and for this reason guards against them so that they do not arise.
