案僧亮曰：舉不偏之見，以顯照無不周，所以稱佛也。僧宗曰：指果地性也。寶亮曰：佛果佛性方是解中道之理耳。

Sengliang comments: By citing un-biased seeing to show that illumination leaves nothing unencompassed, it is therefore termed 'Buddha'. Sengzong comments: This points to the nature at the stage of fruition. Baoliang comments: Only the buddhadhātu of the Buddha-fruition is the understanding of the principle of the Middle Way.
