案僧亮曰：顯不見之人也。不見境故，智亦俱亡也。寶亮曰：三乘觀道偏，不見第一義空，故不行中道。中道之行既不成，云何能得見佛性耶？

Sengliang comments: This reveals the persons who do not see. Because they do not see the sphere, their wisdom is likewise lost along with it. Baoliang comments: The contemplative path of the three vehicles is one-sided; not seeing supreme emptiness, they do not practice the Middle Way. Since the practice of the Middle Way is not established, how could they attain seeing the buddhadhātu?
